1. Simply install the phpstorm.
2. then paste the jetbrainscrack.jar in the install directory / bin folder
3. now open notepad in administrator mode. next open phpstorm.exe.vmoptions then add the end of the line add "-javaagent:JetbrainsCrack.jar"; no need to mention the complete directory.
4. open phpstorm. goto activation code. then add the following key "IIDMACRS0WSDPNRCPSDCRMCLPC"
